Ethics and Professional Responsibility
Seven sections, about 2.5 hours total, on the work a supervised paralegal touches under the Texas disciplinary rules: what you may not do alone, how confidences and screens are kept, how you speak to people outside the firm, how time entries and fees are handled, how client trust money moves, and how pleadings and client decisions stay with the lawyer. One enrollment opens every section. After the class is complete, NTPI issues a personalized comprehensive review.
